why i cant install an OS on my pc's HD? an error "hard error ...... etc....." occurs when i am going to install an OS, but when i transfer the HD to another pc, the installation runs smoothly

Sounds like your hard drive has bad sectors.
Try to obtain a HDD regenerator - download it elsewhere, if you can. Boot up with it then regenerate the hard drive. That should fix it.

There might be a piece of hardware that is screwing up the install. I can't tell you more than that...if you have other parts, try replacing some and see what happens.
