Your best bet would be either the junkyard or Ebay Motors. I'm pretty sure no one makes those wing glasses anymore.

If the glass is flat and you have the frame you can get glass cut to suit at any glass suppliers.

Try posting it on www.junkyarddog.com. It will be displayed to hundreds of salvage auto parts sites around the US. Best way to find older and odd hard to find parts.
