The fact is that most lead providers have incentives to make up information so they can sell more leads. Even the ones that are legitimate, they have told them deceptive things in order to get them to sign up. Upshot: I won't pay for such leads without knowing their provenance first.

Yes, if you can generate thousands of leads per week. There are places you can buy and sell leads online. Far from every lead gets bought, but if you generate enough of them, you could scrape a living...

Well considering I get at least twenty such email spams everyday and each of them goes into my spam filter through Yahoo, I'd say your chances of making any meaningful money are slim to none.
