How is it like being confident? I've tried telling this to my neighbour who's a vulnerable 20-year old...she does not seem confident..perhaps I need some serious answers here. Thank you.

When you look good you feel good. Maybe you should have a glamour day with her, take her to the mall so she can buy some new clothes. But really confidence comes from within. She must do something about it first before you can help with anything. But reassure her that she's beautiful inside and out. Take her on a double date with your boyfriend and one of his friends. But if she's ugly then this whole conversation is pointless.

She needs to take yoga. Success breeds confidence.
She needs to try things and be successful at them.
Help her try new things...hold her hand...
Take her to yoga class with you.
