i had foxes digging up the middle of my lawn so when the weather is going to be dry i sprinkle lots of hot chilli powder where they dig. That seems to stop them!

I have heard it said that if a human pee was spread round the parameter of you garden, foxes wouldn't come in. also heard of a woman that asked her male guests to pee in a bucket so she could spread it round the garden to keep mr fox from invading her hen run .

Make sure you have nothing that will inerest them such as food they can get at.
This includes rubbish bins and live stock.
If you have a bin that they can lift the lid on secure it with elasticated bungee straps or similar.

Sprinkly human hair clippings on the perimeter of the area you want to protect. Another way (although it is gross) is to put human urine around the area to "mark" it.
