My 28th edition Chilton's says .015 points gap, .025 plug gap, and 4 degrees before top dead center for timing. Marks are on the flywheel and bell housing, not the crank shaft pulley. 32 would be degrees on a dwell meter, not .032. Don't think it would start if the points were set at .032.
