I really enjoyed:
Shaun of the Dead (2004)

This 2004 movie was a remake of the classic 1978 version, which many still prefer:

Do NOT waste your time with the 1990 remake of the 1968 classic unless you cannot find the original.
I suggest you go in chronological order. Start with the oldest movies, and work up to Shaun of the Dead so you can really appreciate it.

OMG there are sooo many. Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead(both original and remake) Day of the Dead are all before Land of the Dead. Then there is the Return of the Living Dead series and that has some comedy thrown in...more schlock than scary. Peter Jackson's (director of Lord of the Rings and King Kong) 1st movie was called Dead Alive and it is still the best bad B-horror movie of all time! And I loooooooved Shaun of the Dead. Go ZOOOOOOOMBIES!!!!

rent house of the dead 2. the first one really sucked. the second one is WAY better than the first. keep in mind though it is a low budget movie but still decent! i second shaun of the dead, thats a great movie too. i've heard of the movie called zombie honeymoon (havent seen it yet so dont know if its good) or even the classic redneck zombies! i'm a huge zombie fan so i love all zombie movies whether they are A movies or B movies. ya gotta love them all

How about the night of the living dead, part 2, I think that movie was pretty good but its more funny than scary if you were going that way.
