Yes.
We went to Luxor im May and it got up to 40C some days.
We also went to Sharm in November and the weather was perfect about 26C.
If you do go in June be prepared to only do things at night and then its very hot

I have travelled many times to Sharm ElSheik to scuba dive. June will be hot during the day but not excessively so. If you intend to scuba dive, its a great time to take to the water. Bring plenty of light casual clothing. Don't miss the Indian restaurant under The Camel Bar and The Sharm Star hotel and if you have time do the 6 hour trip to Cairo. You will drive throught the desert and under the Suez Canal. Spend a night in Cairo, take in the sights and back to Sharm the next day. Chill out in the evenings at the roof top bar at The Camel Bar.

I've been to Sharm in June before and I thought it is quite warm in the daytime, but much cooler in the evenings, obviously. Sharm is so beautiful, I think it is a wonderful choice for a honeymoon, anytime of year.

Well, it depends on your tolerance for heat to some degree, but it's not all that REALLY hot there in June.
The maximum temperature then is 37 C (98.6 F - body temperature, actually)
The minimum is 26 C (78.5 F)
and the water temperature is 77.
Sounds pretty good to me (and low humidity)
