hi, how can I remove the infection of backdoor.haxdoor on my computer? Each time I try to run a full scan my antivirus program hangs.

Try starting your computer in safe mode, and then running the scan. Other than that, Google the virus name, and you should get plenty of results with specific info on removing it.
