It's turning so Ross and Rachel! I think Elliot and him are sooo sweet, but they do fight alot - are they compatible?

Oh definitely, they're so hot together and all the onscreen chemistry benefits from the fact that the actors are married in real life!

I really like them as friends, but they do work well as a couple. If they were to end up together, I would want the writers to give them at least a series build-up to them getting back together.
Not like Ross and Rachel in Friends, where Ross decides in the penultimate episode that, hey, actually I do love Rachel, even though they've both been with other people and have been very platonic throughout the whole final series. I just didn't buy it!
Elliot should begin to have feelings for JD again, or vice versa, and the other shouldn't know about it until the last episode, when they get it together. I think they owe the characters a little dignity!

I love scrubs and jd and elliot are two of my favourite characters ever but i dont like them as a couple i think jd needs to be with someone saner to balance out the relationship!

I love it when they're together because they're usally really happy at first, but after they break up (like season 3) it's really weird between them & i don't like the chemistry when they don't talk!
they're so cute though! like the one where JD turned 30 & tried to run a marathon but couldn't finish & then elliot came & carried him across. i think that if a romantic relationship is going to ruin the friendship that they have, then it's not worth it.

They do need to get together... J.D. was always running after her, but I was so upset when Elliot finally realized that she loved him, but then J.D. rejected her. I'm waiting for the moment when he finally realizes that the love didn't fade away and goes after her again. Supposedly this is Zach Braff's last season on Scrubs though, so I don't know when or if they'll ever get together...

She keeps dumping him. So mean! Yeah, it's like Ross and Rachel. Maybe they need another character to balance out the love triangles.
