I can only agree on ER for the first 2 seasons, after that it went to shhh....

I think they are still showing repeats of Grey. Yeah, Meredith could use some meds now and then. And she is a bit whore-ish.

Grey's Anatomy is top on my list. ER is drowning and they should just end it now while they still have some dignity.

Grey's Anatomy. ER jumped the shark years ago. Also ER always has people having accidents like being shot while driving their car and than having a heart attack after the car flips over 4 times and landing in the river.

ERs last season is the worst, all major characters have left the show and it's boring. Grey's anatomy is much (much) better funny, touchy and I like the fact that Meredith has (much) flaws

I think they are both great shows but totally different. ER is more into the medical side of things and Greys is more about the characters. I get satisfaction out of watching both of them

I haven't watched ER in 4ever because it started going "down hill".
I love Grey's Anatomy and can't wait for it to come on next week!

i like grey's anatomy more than ER coz grey's are the latest plus they are all single.i mean the major casts(interns) are single.they portray the reality of being in the ward as work and social interactions including flirting and friend issues combined with family issues.it's great!you need to see all the episodes dont miss it.
