I would create Childrens Day. Fathers and Mothers have their own days, and even Grandparents. How come children don't get their own day. Sure "everyday is their day", I don't believe that, we should throw that idea out the window now and look at the facts. Before the age of 18 children do not have a right to do much. They can't gamble, drink, smoke, drive cars (full license), or play the lottery. So how about a day to show our appreciation towards them, outside of birthdays and christmas. Just because we brought them into this world, doesn't mean they don't deserve their own holiday.

I think that each state should have one on the date that they were admitted to America as a state. We could have parades, cookouts, etc.

Alvistine. It would be a day to celebrate Alvis a great profit who got drunk and shot people. "Vengeance is mine", sayeth Alvis, then he shot that guy right in the face. What a great role model for the children. And you would celebrate by getting drunk picking up some whores and shooting your neighbor in the face.
