Vita C- 2000mg a day or more
Vita E- skin and hair
B complex-helps mood and symptoms of PMS
Vita D-for bones and prevents osteoporosis
Vita K- for blood clotting
A multi vitamin will work also but I like to take them inividually. Getting you vitas from food is the best way though. I was taking vitamins from the company Shaklee. taking them every day along with minerals I lost 20 pounds. I think it was because my body was getting what it needed and I wasn't hungry. If you want more info go to Shaklee.com. They are expensive but a great product.

Hi. I've come across questions like this. Buying OTC drugs (over the counter) is never a good idea. There is no guarantee of a good vitamin of HOW GOOD, where and whether all elements in them are FDA approved. No doubt pharmacists will recommend you all sorts, but will they be responsible if anything wrong happens to you? Bear that in mind...they are no doctors, and nobody will be responsible for this as long as the drug has been sold. Btw why do you need vitamins? Fresh fruits, lots of water, eat more vegetables and get enough rest to reduce daily stress is more than efficient than any other branded OTC drugs. Plus, if you're working..take a break and forget about work; and if you're still schooling, get out and have some fun with family and friends. Having a healthy life is always wealthier than being wealthy. Hope this helps.
