can you tell me what are the benefits for a man to get married.......... that he can't get without being married???

You can get a higher income tax return. Depends on where you work and how the employer deals with benefits such as Health, Dental, Life Insurance, you may be able to get a much better deal and opportunities through an employer for a spouse.
Also marriage mean different things for different people. For me it was security, stability, love, trust, family, morals, commitment and other reasons.

Aside from the typical benefits of a tax deduction, someone to pay half the bills, the man gets a cook, a maid, laundry service, someone they can depend upon, a date anytime they need one, sex anytime they want it and someone to make sure their clothes match before they leave the house!

Physically not much if he is hanging around women with no self-respect or morals.
Emotionally, and Spiritually, Men are happier in a stable relationship.
Even though we pretend not to be.
