I find her somewhat over-rated

I'm getting all emotional at the thought of Sex and the City :( :( Carrie was like my best friend !!! But as for SJP, i don't find her annoying but don't particularly like her either !

on screen I do. Her characters get irritating after a while. In person, however, she's a very sweet lady. I've met her countless times through auditions and charity functions...she's a very kind-hearted lady.

Yes. Even thou i never have watched a single film with her starring in it or even her sitcom sex in the city. I think people associate her with annoying because of her husband matthew broderick. He is very annoying himself. I wanted to punch my telly so badly when i rented the producers on dvd, and saw him sing.

No, but I find annoying how the media calls her "beautiful" to make others believe she is when in reality, she is horrendous.

Yes! I watched Failure to Launch last night. I really dont like her. I think she is sorta a crappy actress.
