exercise, eat healthy meals, nurture your brain and spirit by reading, listening to music and do things you like. Try to connect with the ones you love and try to be a better person (not only at work, but at home and with everybody) every single day. Sleep between 7 and 8 hours a day and devote 8 hours to work and 8 hours to do the things you like.

Your question is very broad but you can be healthy by following a few guidelines. Eating properly, by this I dont mean dieting or starving, drinking enough liquids, exercising regularly and most importantly having peace of mind. When the mind is not healthy the body collapses. It is important to go easy, to know our limits and when to push further or surrender.

Moderation...eat more fruit & veggies...eat less meats....stay away from empty calories such as white flour, white sugar, fats...take walks often (strenthens the body, refreshes the soul).... exercise moderately aggressively
