Get cosmetic surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is not only cheap but best in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. Argentina - a lot of Argentinian surgeons have made significant plastic surgery advancements. Do your research where ever you go though!!

Go with USA! I got breast implants and I love them. I did it in San Antonio, Texas..you don't have to go to Beverly Hills they're not any better. Just do your research, make a list of questions to ask the doctor, make sure he's board certified, etc. etc. Good luck!

america!!! all the surgeons are board certified. i have heard horror stories about people coming from foreign countries after plastic surgery and then massive infection, boobs that were crooked, noses that caved in. dont do it!!

Brazil or Thailand.
Brazil for more female things like breast implants and liposuction.
Thailand is good for female stuff but they also have good, inexpensive (compared to the US) transgender programs.

england deffo i had my boobs done here and my cousin did as well and they are perfect had no problems and didinint cost absolutely loads just over 12 000 .remeber do not go to any back alley surgeons you will be sorry
