There's not really a best way to get rid of them - it's easier to prevent them.

Sometimes i find that i can see the hair trying to break the surface and i will pop it out, then it goes in a day or two.

When i have lots of little ingrown hairs (a week after a bikini wax) i will use an exfolitating face wash (one with microbeads in it) to gently exfoliate the skin, then wash with warm water. After i've dried it carefully, i will use my face toner to open up the pores and let the hair out.
Sometimes i will use face moisturiser to keep the skin smooth too. I use the face products because they are gentler than soap or body products, especially on broken skin!

the warmth towel to melt the section and gently liberating the hair feels like a great thought, something is greater valuable than what you have now, discomfort. The remark with regard to the penis is obviously bushy is sorta ultimate each and every now and returned the hairs boost up too a strategies, asserting this feels solid on your better half is something i won't trust , enable me clarify. each and every time there is something between your dermis and your companions it ought to reason friction, inflicting the touch to be tough not gentle, so in case you have hair on the backside of your penis enable that is, in case you have hair starting to be up your shaft and you have an improved half that's uncomfortable with the friction circulate see a dermatologist and heve it laser bumped off, a splash embarrasing and severe priced yet efficient. From what I unquestionably have study it lasts a protracted time, if not continually. If a visit to the derm. place of work i out of the question, do what I do approximately each and every 6 months, NARE. I unquestionably have heard that that's risky and kills sperm blah blah blah. I unquestionably have performed it for years and am a father of three healthful toddlers 2 ~ sixteen. So soak then launch, seek for a dermatologist to do away with any undesirable hair or self medicate with hair removing over the counter products. Peace, Love, Happiness....

Bikini zone works pretty good for the red bumps after shaving the bikini area.

What I did was stop shaving with a razor and started using a battery powered personal hair groomer. Remington makes a nice one for women. I don't get the red bumps or ingrown hairs anymore.

Exfoliate the skin so they dont head inwards. Keep the skin moisturised to prevent the need to exfoliate.

And if you still get them, then a gentle squeeze may lift them out.

If they are really deep, then its best to wait until it becomes a pimple, treat it with an antiseptic cream, then gently squeeze it and it should bring the hair with it.
Digging away at it is likely to result in scarring. The hair can grow really deep and carry the infection right into the deep skin tissue.

If you are prone, then sauna and steam rooms are good at opening the pores.

I would pluck the ingrown hairs, also the best way to stop ingrowing hairs in the future is to exfoliate twice a week and to moisturise everyday.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Use a body scrub 3 times a week and always moisturise skin after bathing. If you use wax then use hot wax rather than the strip wax method.

Exfoliate skin often and try waxing and plucking rather than shaving as this jus makes them worse.

Also use a lost of moisturing cream as this softens the skin.

Hope this helps...
