LOL, that is an old saying my parents used to say that.
How ever droopy draws= baggy pants
for example please look out window for a person who is wearing pants falling down,looks like older bro or fathers pants.LOL

when my step dad was a little boy they called him that because his pants were always drooy because he has no butt. Maybe your pants dont stay up because ur butt doesn't hold them up
