depends on how the breakup was, and why he is contacting you. I have an ex i visit once in a bit, and kind of stay in touch with, we have mutual friends, and the break up was amicable, no big deal, im not going to burn my bridges anyway, cause you never know what the future will bring.

Depends on how many times he contacted me. If he was just somewhere that made him think of me and he called just to say hello, then I think I might like it. If he was sort of stalking me or wanting to start things up again and I didn't want to, then I would tell him I'm not interested and to not call me again.

If you are not involved with anyone then take him back. 10 years is a long time and maybe he changed for the better.

you would have to ignore them. My marriage is very good and its not worth taking any chances what soever. He could have lots of STD's and he would not tell you about them.
