I need some modest clothes that are fashionable and do not show the stomach or too much of the neck, etc... Where could I find them? Are there any online stores that have them? Thanks in advance.

And I need stuff to wear for summer too, carolinatinpan. Thanks for nothing. Any other people that give answers like that, don't waste your time. Answer questions that you know something about.

And "nicole" thanks for nothing. Go back to your question about lipgloss. I just happen to not want to go around half naked, unlike some people who give really stupid answers to my questions. *cough cough*

Try stores like foever 21 and New York or Charlotte Ruse. They have clothes that are for young business people but not all the clothes are for business. They also have casual wear that is very conservative but make you look very classy. You can still find clothes that will flatter all you best attributes with out showing them off. I think all these places have online sites but they can also be found in your Malls. If you can't find them take a walk through JC penny or Belk but stay away from the junior section go to the misses. If you do go to the juniors keep in mind that if you wear a medium in the misses its going to be a large in the juniors. They make those clothes on a diferent scale size.

I like to layer. A tanktop (simple or embellished) often looks cute under a tee or dress shirt that might otherwise be too lowcut. A lot of the tops that are designed for layering are longer too so that even if you're wearing lowrise jeans or chinos or cords, they still cover your bum and belly. I get mine at the mall, check out stores that cater to working women (it's not cool to show cleavage at work). Also when searching on the web try the word modest.

There are going to be few stores where you will find EXACTLY what you are looking for. Coldwater Creek has semi-modest clothes. However, getting out and looking in the malls is what is going to do you the most. It's going to tough to have anyone here completely understand what you're looking for. You have one set design in your head, and saying "not too much stomach or too much of the neck" isn't going to apply to some of us. I know that I never show my stomach, but that's just me.

My advice? Just go look at stores. You never know what you're going to find.

I like to shop on line at Bebe. The store has a lot of fashionable items, some of their shirts are low cut but if you layer your clothing it looks really cute and trendy.also try Arden b and forever 21

Try going to department stores like Sears or Macy's. They have a lot of nice styles in both Juniors and Misses sections.

My mom got me some nice tops from Dillards (they're the same company as Famous Barr, Macy's, Marshall Fields, etc.) that I've nearly worn until they fell apart - they don't show the stomach, they're not low cut. They're nice enough to wear to work, but still casual enough that you can just wear them with jeans. If I had one close by, I'd mention the brand name, but I don't. :(

Try Kohl's, they have lovely clothing and all their summer items are on clearance. You can shop on line or in the store itself. Macy's is also a good place as well.
