I consider Vita-Lea the very best and it's the one I use. It's all-natural and provides 23 essential vitamins and minerals at clinically proven levels. Plus, the patented Bioactivated Absorption System ensures enhanced absorption of folic acid, a critical component of complete nutrition. Taken daily, Vita-Lea promotes overall health and wellness and supports long-term colon, heart, and eye health, and strengthens the immune system.
Literally hundreds of tests are performed on all ingredients to insure optimal effectiveness and purity.
Hope this is useful.

I notice that I get sick less often and don't experience any stomach problems when I take GNC Women's Ultra Mega vitamins. They are available without iron too. I found that Hy-Vee, a local grocery store, has a "generic" form that seems the same and is much cheaper. The GNC ones cost around $20 for 45 days of vitamins if you take 2 a day.

I get a high potency vitamen from my doctor. I would think a prenatal vitamen would be good. You might want to ask a pharmacist or go look at GNC and ask their opinion.
