Is that a question? Mary J Blige of course. She sings with experience in her voice and that beats everything. Your brother likes Rihanna probably because he is young and has a crush on her, but her voice like her still has to mature then we can maybe think of comparing the two.

I think Rihanna has a lisp and it bothers me when I hear her sing because her lisp is all I focus on.

it depends on what age group you are from. Both are really good and the choice becomes personal, based on taste and likes. I am 27, i think Mary J. is the bomb, someone younger would say otherwise
