You should really invest a little time and learn basic HTML first. Think about this, if you start an online business and you have someone build your website, every time you need to update your website you will have to pay them to do it for you. Besides, basic HTML is simple and there's plenty of books out there that will show you the ropes. There's a lot of online tutorials as well.
