You will need an electric motor and batteries. The battery storage will be a problem. Why dont you just buy an electric scooter?

Remove the engine and replace it with an electric motor.

buy an expensive and reliable battery and fix it under the seat.
but this is not recommended as the battery get heated very soon,
and the battery dies soon too.
i personally built it once and changed it to normal fuel consumable bike,
