Try to get it banned.
The late Mike Royko wrote a book about Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley, which was full of foul language. Every once in a while some group tried to get it banned and removed from school libraries. Royko always supported the bans because it brought more attention and more sales.
He even showed up to book banning rallies.

A lot of PR. Talk your book up to people at parties or events. If there's abook fair, get a booth and have copies of your books there.
Remember word of mouth distribution is your best friend.

find somebody who make a movie about the book.if it is successfully,peoples will read the book more,be sure.
