You'll always have some kind of terrorism as long as people have different beliefs. In my opinion terrorism comes with all kinds of groups such as Green Peace and the Anti-abortion movement for example.

It is easy, allow the legalization of, and encourage the use of marijuana in places that spawn terrorism like the Middle East. That would get those kinds of people more in touch with the real God and away from learned ideoligies and practices of racissm and hate.

It's impossible. A War on "Terrorism" is idiotic because you can't war an act.
It's like going to war with Murder. Or going to war with Breakfast.
It's also a war that can't be won. Just like Murder, you can't stop it from happening.

in my opinion, terrorism happens mainly when there is communal activities. frankly speaking, communalisation is a man made affair. it can be resolved only with the wholehearted efforts of all the countries by eradication of communal activities. there may be other reasons also.

There is no easy answer. We have to keep fighting this war on every available front: Military, economic, diplomatic, social.
Modern, western democratic values will eventually prevail, but it will take YEARS.
