Vladimir is a nice name. However, for a girl - it would be hard to pull off. Maybe Vladimira?

Dracula is an accepted entity now in society - so I don't think there would be any problems - except maybe finding a cup or shirt with their name on it at the fair. LOL (I know from experience - My name is Karla with a K - try to find that - it's always written with a C - Carla - Shucks!

That is sort of a strange name. Least I think so. Why not go to a simple, shorter name like Val. Am just thinking about the kid in later years in school. Am afraid he / she will get teased unmercifully.

It is quite often name in Slavic countries.
It means 'peace rules'

And Dracula's name wasn't Vladimir but Vlad.

Oh, I almost forgot - And thanks for the 2 points.
