Ahman Green.

The Packers played against the best defense in football last week: The Bears. Even though the Pack lost and were behind for the game, Green still gained over 100 yards against this defense.

Now Green goes to NO where their run defense is considerably less formidable than the Bears. Also remember NO played against a Browns team that doesn't have a great RB in Droughns.

Green looks like he has recovered from his injuries and is ready to have a stellar season as a comeback player candidate.

Jones is playing against a Redskins run defense that is pretty solid even though Chester Taylor looked pretty comfortable running them in circles on Monday. While I think it will be a ground game, both Parcells and Gibbs are looking to win this game and not go 0-2. I don't know how long they'll stick with the run.

Foster against Minn is intriguing, but I'm not a big fan of Foster as an every down back. They may rely on him more since Steve Smith is unlikely to go, but I'm not confident in his durability. Plus, if Smith doesn't play, Minn may be more prepared to stop the run, since they don't have to worry about Smith receiving.

Green is the man this week.

Go with Foster- I look for Carolina to come out on fire, considering everyone wants to write them off for the season after only one bad showing. Steve Smitth won't be 100% if he plays at all, so look for foster to get a lot of looks.

Foster. The Packers have a horrid offensive line and Dallas is struggling on offense so far. Foster should get lots of touches, especially if Smith is out again (which it looks like he will be).

I'd start Julius Jones. Got a feeling Parcells will keep the leash on Bledsoe after last weeks fiasco.

Only one? ahman green. The cowboys will attack washington through the air. You don't know if Steve Smith is going to play, if he does start D. Foster.

i would start green over the saints and foster against minnesota. history wise regardless who are the stars for the redskins and cowboys, they always play each other hard. both offense and defense plays better and harder. something to think about.
