I know what I did to alleviate the problem that I had.. as you are having.. I just did not use a phone in the office that was connected from the CPU. Did not ever know why it gave me problems.

Enter www.yahoo.com in the address bar of your browser. When you get there try just talking to your computer screen instead. If that doesn't work then raise your voice a little louder. Keep doing this until the neighbors complain.

of course that probably means that if you are connected in net you cant use your phone and you cant use your net if are using a phone
