what is an evap line on a pregnancy test. I hear people talking about them and I'm just curious.

An evapporation line is a line that appears on the other side of the control ine, it's usually colorless, meaning not pink or blue like the line you'd be looking for and shows up after the result time has expired. Not all tests have them, but I've seen some myself, they look like ghost lines. Hope this helps.

the evaporation line on any test is always the line that is used as the camparison. so the line that appears whether you are pregnant or not is the evaporation line.
