Enjoy all the things you stopped doing when you got together with her. I'm sure you gave something up--a night with your friends, a game, watching all the sports you liked, eating something she didn't like the taste of....

loneliness is an illusion many religions are saying this as we are all one.. well it is not felt like that many times and even more many people do not want to be one with certain people.
To cut through the illusion , I think they are ways.. like going out and help somebody have a chat wit that person.. see what you can do.. you can even do it on line. :)
After a relationship is finished.. loneliness is a part of life for a few time it is the time for reflection and cleansing.. to be ready for a new relationship.
On the other hand it is important to enjoy your own company too. It is very much related of loving yourself. If you can enjoy your own company.. many people will even more enjoy your company..

spend quality time with family.
do something that you've been meaning to do for a long time.
loneliness is a state of mind. you are never alone :)

I feel lonley sometimes too...I think that is just part of life...actually, I feel lonley more than I feel anything else...thats why I am on line right now...lol..

cry as can as possible
make a poem about her
