I think that yes you should.
I love it when my husband tell me I am cute and adorable no matter what I am in. Just remember to tell her how pretty she is when she is dressed up a little more that usual.

You should always tell them that they are cute or adorable or sexy or beautiful. If you aren't someone else is. And when she doesn't hear it, she thinks that you don't think it. And when she thinks that you don't think she is pretty, she wants to be with that guy that always tells her she is.
