well i must say that i live in iran and i am willing to live in another country by a new life so i am so eager to marry person who lives overseas and i am ready to start a new culture with my helping spouse.so how can i handle this issue?

some people suggest me that i can handle it by sing up in some friend ship or dating site, but i must say i live in iran and the government has been blocked thoes site by filtering so i cannot cotact with them now please tell me how i can open a dating according to my prior question.

You'll need to learn about other cultures and languages. You may need to relocate, since your choices are limited. I suggest Asia, Africa or South America. All are more open to inter-cultural unions and do not stigmatize people of your country the way others do. Then, find a nice young girl and invite her for tea.
