Nutrition.
You have a 2005 Escalade, full loaded, all that you can posibly imagine. You drive it but something is wrong with it, you have a full tank, is almost brand new, what could be wrong? You find out is the battery. Now, everything else seems to be doing great but one little detail can mess up the whole system.
Having this example I can go on and tell you that having 7 hour sleep everyday and excercising is great, but you have to do this along with feeding your body properly for a good function.
I'd recommend start eating more vegetables, as well as meats including fish; however avoid fried food, grilled or baked is better. If you don't have time to cook, Lean Cuisine has a variety of meals that are healthier then...
Remember is not about the cuantity of food your body gets, but the quailty that will make a difference.
Hope this helps ;-)

It sounds like you have a hectic schedule and probably do not really get the sound sleep you need. Sounds like you could just use some R & R. Do you take vitamins? your iron could be low also, and B vitamins help the stress levels. I would check with a doctor if not feeling better soon, just to rule out anything else medically wrong.

Ruling out anemia as a cause, I suspect you need to look at your eating habits. An optimal diet and the proper vitamin and mineral supplements can do wonders for the fatigued person.

Get a short vacation over the weekend, or catch up on some sleep (like sleeping 12 hours straight) and trust me you'll feel refreshed.
if not, see a doctor.
hope this helps :)

fatigue can come from many sorces. over loaded with work or school..worry, stress, you may need to take a few personal days to yourself and rest up and relax for yourself. if this doesnt help id talk to your doctor. you may have a more serious problem. possibly depression or some physical issue.
