I would say more than 5, but less than 10. If I gained 10 or more pounds on a cruise...I had a really good time and must pay the price for the next two to three weeks. I'd rather skip that.

I'm not sure. Probably a few pounds, but if you keep yourself busy, you might not gain any wait at all. Usually cruises have fitness centers on them and swimming pools, etc. Just watch what you eat and you probably won't gain any weight.
Also, depending on where you cruise to, you might have the opportunity to try a lot of ethnic cuisine which could be healthier than say pizza, fries burgers, etc.

I would actually lose weight when I went the cruises I did but most people tell me about 10 lbs

0. When I went on a cruise they had a fitness center and lots of activities. We went swimming, dancing, and tons of walking around!

I dont think you gain instead you lose cause of sea sickness and drowsiness.
