I think it's someone who cares about people and listens when others talk. Most girls like to hear themselves talk and could care less about anyone else.

I have found out personally, that even on my worst days (days when I feel like I look bad or tired or whatever) I will get all kinds of compliments..and I can't understand why...I think it's just because of the way we carry ourselves, and show a confidence on our personality, opinions, and sexuality..(especially)...
I have noticed when there are other girls in the room (who I feel have a better body or looks in general) sometimes get less attention from both men and women than I do because of the way I present myself. I have seen that with other people too... some are really good-looking on the outside ...but, that gets old and boring.. it's those who have inner beauty and imagination and confidence that have the ability to captivate their audience, so to speak.

Sorry i am having a hard time grasping what it is you are asking. What would make a girl stand out from the rest and be "better" would be maturity and honesty. Even though most won't see it, life isn't about what people always take notice of. Doing what you believe in regardless of who might or might not notice is what makes one ( for lack of better word) better.

Everyone is different naturally. whether you follow the crowd or have a mind of your own and what kind of energy you put out will effect what people think. theres soooo many things that can make a person different. hardly the time to go over them.....

Smile and happy or positive attitude. I can be miserable by myself. I'd rather spend time with a less physically attractive fun girl than a miserable hot chick.

As a guy, I look for eye contact and a girl that smiles. In a club, she is the one I want to talk to. It also helps if she has a hip sexy outfit on.
