I heard on somewhere, can't find it now. My question is: can he sue her since the child was born in the Barbados and not in the US? I think Anna still retains US citizenship but don't know how it will work for her child.

There are rumors that the father is a journalist or photographer and that the reason she went to the Bahamas to give birth was to avoid a custody battle.

Everything about ANS is just rumors right now though, like her poor son's death, obviously.

I ddin't know she even had a baby... wow.. she's fat all over again... but in her case, I hope the guy does sue for custody or the child will end up as messed up as she is.

didn't know anyone knew who the father is yet?
I don't think where the child was born has anything to do with custody.
