Since the Prima Fascia evidence supports the existence of things not related to us, the burden of proof that things DO NOT exist independantly falls on the asker.
Many people in politics ask their oppoents to try to disprove otherworldly conspiracy theories, so a realist (pragmatist) has to Just Say No.
There is no point to try to prove that things do not exist independant of your own reality; have fun with that if you want to.

yes a mind shatering amount of things exist without us and become extinct and evolve and have thier own social system as simple as it may be. we think as humans we are dominant wich if you take it as we built the biggest destroy the most and configer new means of life, then ok, but as a self sufficiant and orginized and population there are more insects that can have a functioning social enviroment based upon working, feeding and reproduction. that compleatly exists with out us. only thing that makes humans superior is the ability to communitcate on multiple planes.( writing speaking signaling, ect.)

'things existing outside independently of us' is a selfcontradictory concept - you can think selfcontradictory concepts [like square circles, as in the sentence: square circles cannot exist]
all existence is experience - and your concept proposes something that is experience and not experience
to prove something existing 'outside, independently of us' you could only point to some experience [because that is all there is] which then would not be outside us

Things exist independently within us as well; our heart beats for us, every moment and does so even without our telling it to do so.
Life exists without our knowledge as well, sometimes we choose to take part in it and sometimes we don’t and just remain unconscious with our eyes open. Living consciously is the first step to opening up to the divine partnership in our life, to live it as it is meant to be, as a divine being living inside a physical self.

Yes - there are hundreds of chipmunks outside my house that have existed for years independently of us and I wish they would go back to it because this time of year they start digging up my bulbs and trying to get into the house.

I don't think that a sound argument like this could be made. It's inherently unverifiable by it's very nature. The closest you can get, in my opinion, is to argue that there are certain aspects of us that don't have access to other aspects of us, in order to sustain the idea that we don't know everything.
