fuel injecter went already and they had to replace the harness

At least it was under warranty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The G5 has been out in Canada for a few years now. It's only new to the U.S. It's based on the Chevrolet Cobalt.

It's a GM so quality is always suspect. We own a Cobalt and like it though we have had some minor cosmetic issues that we have yet to have fixed (mostly because GM's service departments suck ***.)

It's an "okay" car, but compared to a Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, it is not in the same league.
Now you know why the Pontiac cost less when you bought it.

You answered your own question, GM is notorious for having problems with first year models.

well obviously they are not good cars - isn't this covered by a warrenty??? I had one as a rental and hated it. WHat made you buy one???
