What are the BEST products to sell online on a work-from-home part-time business or through ebay?

My wife and I recently had our second child and my wife stays home full time. We'd like to generate a part-time income via an Internet store or ebay. We're not sure what products or product categories sell best and would like to learn more. We haven't had much luck with research this through search engines as all of the returns are for "get-rich-Quick" schemes. Any insight that anyone can provide would be most appreciated.
