Is there actual law/fine/penalty in Arkansas against bringing your own food to theatres?

food prices in theatres are extortive, especially to families with children

No there is no law that says you can not take food in a theater. However you can be kicked out and lose your money if you do. That is where it gets into the legal side when you try to come in anyway after you have been kicked out after violating the rules.
