Not really, he is just very camp and camps himself up even more for the cameras on his chat show because people seem to take a shine to femine male chat show hosts such as Graham Norton, Dale Winton etc.
He is actually a very intelligent man and very funny too.

No I do not think for one second he is bisexual however behind his persona lies one sad and lonely man who works his socks off in that house looking after his children and wife as I think she suffers with depression and he shoulders all that and Shields his family from it all to protect them. He adores his family and wife and would do anything for them top man in my opinion!

anyone in the show business is inclined to be camp but i will say this for the guy he's funny and that's a lot more than can be said for a lot of chat show hosts
