confused in pirates of the carribean story(dead mans chest)?

i have four doubts
1.)From where did wills father come how did he come in the deck of the black pearl and what was he doing on the flying dutchman
2.)why did jack go to that island in which the tribe was and become their chief??and not let will and the crew go
3.)on the black pearl after elizabeth kissed jack how did jacks hand get handcuffed i mean before the monster ate jack.what did elizabeth say before leaving the ship??
4.)who was the captain shown in the last eating the apple
wasnt he dead in the first part??

Will there be a third pirates of the carribean(i think they have to save jack)

Answer- he was cursed so he never died, but now he just goes around like a ghost sort of thing

Answer- Because you know Jack, always thinking of himself. i think he was worried they would kill HIM

Here you go
1. Jacks father was a pirate on the Black Pearl and was thrown over board whilst strapped to a cannon in the 1st movie by Captain Barabosa, but you don't actually see this they only refer to it, after they had all turned into zombie pirates and because he couldn't die and he was on the bottom of the ocean he sold his soul to Davy Jones so he could be frees

2. Jack went to the island as it was the closest place to run the Black Pearl aground so he wouldn't be caught by the Kraken as the Kraken can't get you on the land. The tribe made him there cheif because thats what they seem to do with new visitors they revere them as gods and then eat them (see the dog after the credits for proof of that) and Jack more interested in saving himself that the crew until he found out Will could help him out.

3. Elizabeth hadncuffed him as she knew they were not in danger if the Kraken got Jack but she still loves him but not as much as Will and she used that to trap him and handcuff him.

4. The Captain was Barabosa from the 1st movie and he was bought back alive by Tia Dalma because when Jack the monkey is released from the cage about half way through the movie him runs off and jumps onto a bench and if you look on that bench you can see Barabosas legs sticking out.
Barabosas must of been to the Worlds End, wherever that must, so he could come back alive fully and this is the place that will be reached in the 3rd movie to save Jack.

Did you also notice that Tia Dlama also had the same locket as Davy Jones which lends me to believe she is the woman who broke his heart!

1) Will's father abandoned him to become a pirate and somehow sold/lost his soul to Davey Jones
2) The island was where the chest with Davey Jone's heart in it. The crew was captured at the same time Jack was, but Jack convinced them he was a God.
3) Elizabeth handcuffed Jack and told him that she really was'nt as nice as he thought
4) The captain was the original captain of the Black Sparrow that Jack stole it from, and yes I thought he was dead in the first part

I think there will be a third one, otherwise they wouldn't have shown the captain and talked about going to the "end of the earth" to save Jack.

1) he probably escaped from the Dutchman to assist his son. Before Black Pearl tookplace he had made a deal with Davy Jones (which is probably the cause for the ship to have been destroyed at the beginning of Black Pearl)
2) He went to the island because Davy couldn't get to him on dry land. The tribe was cannibalistic (they were going to eat him. If you haven't seen the movie Sorry for the spoiler)
3) She probably told him this was his chance to do the right thing. If she didn't handcuff him, Will did.
4) Yes. That was Captain Barbosa (Geoffrey Rush). Yes he supposedly died in Black Pearl, but hell it had all of us talking on the way out of the theatre. Maybe the Swamp woman brought him back from the dead.
5) Yes, they are filming 3 now. Which they swear will have Keith Richards playing Poppa Sparrow. (I thought we were going to get a surprise and it was him walking down the stairs.)

#4 That was Balbosa, the Captain from the first movie. He was supposedly dead and we will find out in the next movie why he is back.

There is a Pirates 3 coming out next summer. They are filming it right now in Jamaica and Bermuda.

ok answers are:
1)will's father had sold his soul or somthin like that to the flyin dutchman....so he had to live like a barnacle infested man bcoz of some pact which he had made-its kind of like a curse.he was on the black pearl to tell jack that he had to repay his debt to the dutchman or else his fate would be unimaginalbe
2)remember the part wherejack tells his crew to get to shore as fast as possible? to keep him safe from the krakkon(that giant octopus). so i think when he reached the island the cannibals(thats wot they r) crown him the chief and have plans to sacrifice him 4 some reason that slips my mind atg the moment. the crew r also part of the meal i gues!!!
3)elizabeth had chained jack to the ship bcoz she knew(or thoght she knew) that the octopus was after jack..so if jack was eaten up(sorry!) the monster would let them live. she figured that as long as jack was not with them...they would be safe. what she says b4 leaving is "i am not sorry.." for cahining him to the ship
4)that was the guy in the last movie...i think his name starts with B....ya its captain Barbossa
and yes there is a 3rd movie to it....coming next yr...called"pirates of the carribean:at world's ends";

OK, first I can't answer all those questions cause I saw it the day it came out...but to answer #4, that was Captain Barbosa and yes, technically he was dead at the end of the first movie, but I think that voodoo witch lady brought him back to life.

They are in the process of filming the rest of the third movie (called Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End) and it should be out May 25, 2007!!

The DVD of Dead Man's Chest will be out December 5, 2006!!

1) He was on the Flying Dutchman because he was killed by his crew on the Black Pearl and obviously sold his soul to Davy Jones.

2) Dunno why Jack was on the island. He didn't let Will and the crew go because he needed them to get him off the island. The tribe believed that he was their God so they were going to kill him
to 'get the god out' so to speak.

3) Elizabeth cuffed him to the mast because Davy Jones sent the Kraken after him so they were all in danger if they stayed with Jack.

4. That was Barbossa. He was shot by Jack in the first movie at the end.
