I had felt a strong sense of loss when Powell was pushed out of the inner circle in the white house. He is very bright and has excellent analytical abilities.

So great to see him up there challenging the president. Where has he been for so long?

When Colin Powell was asked about the neocons in congress he responded "F&%$ the neocons." Exact quote.
With that quote only, I'd vote for him as president.

I have always had great respect and admiration for for him. He was pushed out of that circle for not being a yes man. You dont get to be a 4 star General by kissing ***! He was also only there as a token for the Black American vote and his followers I hate to say. I can respect a man whether right or wrong when they can stand up for what they believe in. I would hope that he has a bright political future ahead of him. I know that I would support or vote for him for whatever office he chooses to pursue, including President. I'm very happy that hes spoken up again against the President. Now there's a real leader and a man of conviction! Powell in 08.

Yes, I always liked Powell. I have respect for anyone who speaks the truth and admits there mistakes. I'm really quite surprised that in light of what he's said recently, that the neo cons aren't labeling him a traitor and asking for his head on a platter.

I like Colin Powell. I don't think he's particularly good-looking, though. I like his brain and his conscience and his ethics, better.

i don't know about the handsome part....... by i think it's great he has enough balls to disagree w/ Bush....... questioning and disagreeing w/ your own administration is good for democracy..... democratic or republican!!!!!!!

however, there are still republicans who put their party before their country.....

PROPS to Powell!!!!!!!!!

He went from potentially being the first black President to being the biggest Uncle Tom ever. "Yessir Massuh Dubya, I get right on that invasion..."
