Many.
We are currenlty at the stage of teleporting a single photon about 3 mm. To do anything useful will take a lot of development. Don't hold your breath.

It all depends on discovering the right information. Maybe soon, maybe never. Remember, in the 1950's people projected computers the size of baseball stadiums. They did not see the invention of the transistor coming. All it takes is one brilliant break through.

my guess would be hundreds, possibly thousands...unless there is a big breakthrough, but we are talking about particles, and forces that we didn't know existed 30 years ago. Lord knows how many othjers there may be.
