oh well my bf's family is sending me this letter where they are invitiing me to go and meet them for x-mas.. the thing is that i dont know if i will get it cuz i cant tell to officers in the consulate that his my bf. we dont want to marry yet neither i dont wanna leave my country (dominican republic) . im still too young (20 years old) and im on college here with a lack of 2 years to just finish my career. i just wish to go there, meet them, have a good time with my bf and come back here to my work, school and be with my family. what you think it will happen to me? his family is sending me this letter where they mention that whom knows me is his sister..and as long we have this internet pen-pal friendship, they're inviting me for chritsmas; cuz they think that mentioning my bf, they would find wierd, they would ask me to go for a fiancee visa and they will give me a NO as an answer at the last.

Is it possible for ou to go their home as a friend of his sister so there is ot a problem. I am having a little trouble following what the problem is. YOu are a fraid of them asking for a fiance visa for you as you are not engaged or just not ready to be married. Usually if you are honest everything will work out.
