Of course Doctor Who is real!
But his TARDIS's chameleon mechanism is broken... so who's TARDIS has disguised itself as a cement mixer? Could the Master have returned?!

It must belong to that dastardly Time Lord known only as the Mason, who not only schemes for concrete conquest, but is also not very bright, hence the word, "TARDIS" on the cement mixer.

Of course he is......BTW it's not unusual that the name should appear on a cement mixer.....after all, a well-constructed tardis is made of that sturdy stuff :)
