This might seem like a silly answer but its the truth I have a huge fear of hearing, smelling, seeing anyone throw up - if I see this I almost join them and I feel sick for about an hour or so afterwards. I also have the common fears like spiders but the vomiting one has been with me since I was about 4

One time I was in a wreck and almost died of a nose bleed. It bled for 6 hours until I had no pulse. I am still terrified by the though of nose bleeds.
