I live in the frozen tundra of South dakota so I know exactly what -30 feels like. A few years back we hit a record of 22 days in January that did not go above zero. It was kind of cool to wake up to hear the local weather reporter say "Today's high will be a warm 10 below"
Seriously though, once it gets so cold you really don't notice it because it's just cold. They say any open skin is prone to frostbite within seconds at temps that low but we enjoy it here. You just learn to dress warmer and stay inside as much as you can. Sometimes you have no choice since good luck getting your car started in the morning. even with an engine heater that you plug in at night.
It is so cold that the air is dry, it doesn't snow because there is no moisture in the air. What little snow is on the ground is crystalized and when the wind blows it makes visibility poor sometimes to the point of whiteout conditions. For a person who has never been in a whiteout condition it is so hard to describe.
To answer your question is impossible you'll have to experience it yourself. Spend a winter in Fargo, ND and you'll find out what -30 feels like.

omg you feel like you cant even write with your hand after you get in from outside, the tip of yournose gets stiff and cold. everything hurts worse iin really cold weather, even a little scratch. And the wind feels kinds solid and freezes your face. if you dont have a good winter jacket, your screwed. you need gloves too, which even if they were leather, they wouldnt help that much

It depends greatly on your altitude. at 13,000 feet -30 is a much more bone chilling cold than at sea level. It gets much colder than that for many people living near the poles. At like -70 the cold against your bare skin is like fire.

Your boogers freeze, and you have to keep closing your eyes so your tears don't freeze. Normally you should have only the bare minimal bits of your face uncovered though, otherwise it feels basically like death. You may or may not be able to feel your feet.

It's a painful and numbing experience. Go lay in a bath tub and have someone cover you with ice. It will be close to what you want to experience. OR, just immerse one of your hands in a bowl of water and ice.

You can almost feel the inside of your nostrils freezing when you breathe in through your nose.
